Frames are 4inches. The ornament is made based of the photo you provide, so please keep in mind that if you are submitting a photo that’s cut off, the design will reflect that. We can also zoom in on a farther away photo if you do not want it full length. If you are adding a background, please clarify what you would like to add in the special instructions (this means if you want a building/background object- such as a castle, behind the people on the ornament!! If you do not click “yes” to background, it will ONLY be the people on the ornament!) For full backgrounds, it fills the entire ornament space with the background in the image you provide. Please note this is a simplified version. I try my best to get details but sometimes embroidery doesn't work that way! Please also list hair colors of everybody from left to right. (Pets too!) If you do not list hair colors, we will guess based off of the photo you submit and they might not be correct so PLEASE list hair colors. Do NOT put “as show in photo”, please actually list hair colors. (That includes facial hair too!!!) If your photo includes facial hair and you do/don’t want it - you need to list that. Stubble on men will show up as a beard, so please keep that in mind.
