Our shop focuses on custom embroidery. Due to the customization of our items, returns or exchanges are not offered. I provide detailed instructions on how to place an order, so please make sure you are filling out the form completely to ensure you receive an item you are happy with. If you are unsure, please send me an email or message on instagram to assist in placing an order. All sales are final.

 Please note that when purchasing embroidered items from us, customers are not entitled to receive any digital artwork or files that are used in the creation process. Our embroidery designs are proprietary and are solely intended for the production of physical embroidered products. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting this policy.
